Pillar of Pacifica awards for Bojinov

Although he has stepped down from his position as Deputy Provost, Bojinov is owed a huge thank you for the efforts that he undertook in the Imperial Academy within Admissions. Bojinov had a hand in helping to develop the processes and procedures in use by the Academy. While we hope that Bojinov will return to the Academy in the future when he is able to, we are appreciative of his efforts in the past and his dedication to the Order. I also want to acknowledge the 341 hits he has made during Prosperity chains.
