Exemplary Pacifican awards for Calirin

Calirin's rise to prominence has been slow, but measured; joining us in January of 2024, he took his time and didn't enter any staff roles until October of that same year. While not the loudest or the most bombastic, Calirin was a steady hand during a time of great change. At one point, Calirin was the only Councilor Endurance had to its name, after the departure of several members, and before the addition of a Governor and other Councilors, it was Calirin, with guidance from the outside, who helped to ensure Endurance maintained course. Calirin was crucial in the rebuilding of Endurance's Council once things began to even out. He was a guiding voice and helping hand to every councilor Endurance added and trained in those long summer months. In truth, it is not certain what Endurance would have looked like without the dedication of Calirin.

Yet, Calirin continues to help as a stalwart of Endurance Council; with no task too tall for him, Calirin continues to be a role model and a guide for new Councilors. His ability to undertake and flawlessly execute all tasks of a Councilor is emblematic of what a Councilor needs to be, at the end of the day, someone who can do the duties expected of them without a constant need for oversight. If Calirin is put onto a task, it is surefire that said task will be fulfilled, and his worth ethic and abilities are emblematic of everything that the Order expects out of its staff.
