Dedicated Pacifican awards for Chi

Chi is a newer member of the Order, but she has become a widely beloved Pacifican in her time here. Her unflagging enthusiasm has been a welcome addition since her arrival from the former Politics and War branch, and many emojis and bot commands across NPO servers are her doing. As an officer in the Legio Pacifica, she has come through at the last second in operations on several occasions. She has personally developed guides for certain Legio activities, made tasks more accessible, and proposed operating changes which have shown positive effects on the department as a whole. She has set numerous records in the course of her rise to Centurio, and she made history by commanding a large multi-military operation successfully as one of her first tasks after reaching officer. Chi is one of the most decorated officers in the Legio Pacifica, and she is truly a Dedicated Pacifican.
