Architect of Order awards for Dimitri

While he has borne many names during his time in both NationStates and the New Pacific Order, Dimitri has been a reliable, steadfast presence across multiple games. This award specifically honors his contributions to NationStates, where he was the longstanding Senator of Military Affairs. Dimitri was not merely the leader of the military, though; he is its all-time record holder for the greatest number of operations performed. Dimitri was one of the great leaders of the Legio revival period, commanding many operations while rising through the ranks and becoming known throughout NationStates as a formidable leader. Dimitri was the field commander of several operations of game-wide significance, regularly leading the Legio into massive conflicts and coordinating with foreign militaries. He was and still remains a senior leader of Antifa, participating now mainly as a consultant since his appointment as Security Officer. From his Legio days of puppet command, Dimitri became one of the game's foremost puppet collectors, possessing a wealth of experience which he has shared with any who seek to join him in this aspect of the game. This possession of countless puppets has also made him a formidable card farmer, and he has long been a valued contributor to the NPO cards program. He is an expert in World Assembly history and culture and has helped various Pacificans in this field as well over the years. All this work has furthermore made him quite notable abroad. Finally, as Security Officer he has tirelessly kept the region free of unwanted nations since retiring as Senator. While this award is commonly given for service in one department, Dimitri would deserve to be called an Architect of Order for his military ability alone and has simply gone above and beyond even that.
