Pillar of Pacifica awards for Dimitri

As a journeyman Pacifican, Dimitri has spent time in various branches of the Order. His greatest contribution by far, however, has been to the NationStates branch. As leader of the World Assembly Squad, he has marked the most successful tenure in this position in recent memory, taking a post which was widely considered to be "cursed" after a succession of holders left or lost it under questionable circumstances and keeping the group running smoothly through any circumstances thrown at it. This calm, reliable demeanor has also served him well in the Legio Pacifica, where he rose through the officer ranks to become Praefectus, only the second person to do so on the current system. He has successfully commanded a variety of operations, trained many junior officers, introduced numerous small quality changes to the operations of the Legio, and is widely renowned throughout military gameplay for his cool and unshakable demeanor in the field. His efforts undoubtedly contributed to his election as Vox Populi, wherein he has participated in systematic reforms. I look forward to seeing this "Pillar of Pacifica" continue to hold up his areas of the Order.
