DRCOOL has set the standard for the position of Chief of Public Services. He has been elected twice by his peers in the Body Republic to do the job and he has done it well. He helped spear head the fixing of the Franco Star in-game, the organization of the Red Services, initial hiring of the Red Services and the continual improvement of Red Services for the benefit of every comrade in the Order.
