Pillar of Pacifica awards for Eclipse

Eclipse has served the CN branch of the Order for over a decade with many years of service to our military command. He has a storied history in milcom, but more recently he has taken ownership of the Order's trade circles. Maintaining trade circles has always been a daunting task because it requires coordinating large numbers of people that often resist change and often are slow to respond. It is annoying, thankless work. Yet, trade circles are fundamental to the economic health of the alliance because missing even one trade can severely reduce collection totals. As such, Eclipse is a fitting recipient for the Pillar of Pacifica award as he has thanklessly maintained the pillar of our economic machine.
