Over the past year, Emperor Ice has shown incredible leadership and demonstrated his exceptional knowledge of our financial operations. He has breathed new life into Economic Affairs, re-establishing the department as a self-contained unit within MilCom. He has inspired staff to engage with the department, to improve their own abilities and in doing so he has solidified the core of our financial operations. What's more impressive, is that this is his second time around. Having already retired from Econ several years ago, Emperor Ice answered Pacifica's call and stepped up to the plate.
