Dedicated Pacifican awards for Happy_As

Our ultimate aim should be to have fun - because if we're not having fun, why are we doing this? I'd like to thank two members of the Order who on their own initiative decided that we should have more competitions that everyone could take part in. Happy_As and Ender both put on their own events, Happy ran a meme competition and Ender ran a Halloween dress-up event during Halloween. It's events and competitions like those that make Pacifica a great place to be, where we can do more than just the usual Torn gameplay and continue to build up a great community and become a destination faction within Torn.
