Dedicated Pacifican awards for HonourMan

Following the department's inception, one member of the NationStates Outreach team has made considerable efforts to encourage game-side NS players to become more involved in NPO. During his time in the department, Honourbound has made nearly one hundred posts advertising various aspects of NPO. He is always taking the initiative to come up with further ideas to help further the goals and mission of Outreach, such as creating a "This Week in The Pacific" recap, experimenting with advertisement via interviews, and creating a collection of reference material to help provide other Outreach staff members ideas for their work. Thanks for all your work to help encourage more people to become members of our community and thoughtful additions to fulfilling Outreach's goals!
