Panda is a testament to what is the golden standard for a Pacifican staffer; a self made but humble innovator, who is always seeking to push new boundaries and redefine what the Pacifican standard is for the better. Panda joined Valour Council this past July, as a still quite new, but incredibly motivator member. He completed his tasks with diligence and timeliness, never falling behind and always rising to the challenge. This was unchanged once he moved to Endurance, however, it was at that point where he then began to redefine what it means to be a Councilor. In Endurance, Panda has pushed for change and progress, a key and important thing to push for in an organization as old as the Order. His ideas have inspired changes at the very highest level of administration; and these changes have led the way towards new paths of thinking for the Order.

Yet, what feels the most stark about Panda's efforts is his willingness to try new things and expand his own knowledge base. In August he picked up Milcom work, all with the desire to further his own understanding of what new members need to strive and achieve for, and to be present as another guiding voice in the often cacophonous chatter of battle. His efforts towards readying new members, and ensuring proper communication and administration between Milcom and the membership have been more than beneficial, not only to the members, but to the Milcom department itself as a whole.
