Import 'Diplomatic High Leadership Ribbon'
Italiarule has quietly become the rock of the Diplomatic Corps - steadfastly working to solve the problems faced by the Diplomatic Corps each day, and resolved always to accomplish the task at hand. Through his time as Imperial Legate, he has always represented the Pacific in an honorable and noble regard. For his efforts both internally and externally, we award italiarule the Diplomatic High Leadership ribbon.
