Import 'Diplomatic Dedication Award'

We would like to honor our current Imperial Legate. italiarule has served as the sole Legate for nearly two months, since MarlBoro first had to take a leave of absence until he determined he had to step down. The position of Legate is one of the more demanding ones in the alliance - in addition to managing personnel and the internal workings, as all other department heads, the Legate must also do the external work of diplomacy. In this time, italiarule has performed ably in addition to performing his duties in other departments, particularly in DEA. For his time of service since being appointed and for the excellent job he has done, we award him the Diplomatic Dedication Award.
