Even with his promotion to General, jgolla is still a hard and consistent worker in the Intel Department. He is always out there to help out with any questions and his willingness to work when needed is great inspiration for others, especially his hugging influences. :P

jgolla has earned this award by his constant solid work ethic and always being there when needed. While he isn't the biggest hog in Intel, he is around during the time of day most of the team are sleeping and does what needs to be done without fanfare or complaint. Only thing he does wrong is h-word the Director too much, but we're working on that. :P
