Trades are certainly nothing that creates happiness. I think that we have all been in a tough situation when it comes to finding as well as keeping trades. So, I'm sure that you can imagine the frustration that comes with trying to organize this for our membership. It certainly is not an easy task. As the head of our Red Services division, Jrenster has done an excellent job.
