Dedicated Pacifican awards for L30nide

In addition to service to the Legio Pacifica, Ichiran/Gsap is probably best known for being an incredibly dedicated roleplayer. This is probably the first time we are ever giving an award for aptitude in the physical sciences, but Gsap's contributions to the development of Enessa have been valuable in terms of geology and physics, and this has included tireless helping of other players. For contributions to our roleplay community, Ichiran is hereby known as a Dedicated Pacifican.
