Dedicated Pacifican awards for lilscars

The Pacifican Menagerie's local lion is a legend throughout the Order, bringing joy to branches and events alike, but today we specifically acknowledge their recent contributions in NS. Lilscars has been an active, reliable updater for the Legio, a great contributor to events, including the recent Werewolf game, and a steadfast recruiter for the region. And of course, they have an adorable puppy.

lilscars has had their fingers all over Admissions, contributing large amounts of work to the recruiting and instruction side over the course of their time there. Many new members of the NPO have benefited from this guidance and assistance over the past months.
