Lt. Llednar has been an Lt as far back as many Pacifican's can remember. Through this war he stood tall with the dawning of every new day. He was there to help all of the new Lts and NCOs in training. He was there when the conflict started when I could not be present and he will continue to lead as the most senior Lt in the Order. For his service, he receives the Pacifican's Light.
