Dedicated Pacifican awards for Lonewolf

Lonewolf is a true paragon of dedication. A fixture of Legio Pacifica operations, Lonewolf has chosen to remain at the enlisted level despite eligibility for promotion for months. In this time, he has participated in more operations than any other enlisted Pacifican, and indeed any operator ranked below senior command. He is a reliable participant over time, a skilled operator, and a go-to Pacifican for difficult operations. The Legio Pacifica is fortunate to have him as a member, and his Dedicated Pacifican award is well-deserved.
