Exemplary Pacifican awards for looneylew

I'd like to start off with a dual award to Looneylew and Selina for their extended contributions in Admissions. Prior to their promotion to the rank of Imperial Officer, both served in Admissions in the role of Provost and Deputy Provost. Responsible for keeping the Academy ticking over, they have taken to their new roles with vigor, overseeing the expansion of the recruitment corps and maintaining the operations of the Academy as we welcome new members into our community. As senior leadership in Prosperity, they have been helping to lead the way with faction chains to show new members how it's done, with Looney making 483 hits while Selina has carried out 469.
