Recently, we lost Mangrod as astronomer and head of the Star Guard division. For his excellence in over 9 months of service, I hereby award him with the Internal Affairs excellence award. Thank you for everything you have done Mangrod, and we hope that you enjoy retirement.

As Star Guard Astronomer, Mangrod has lead the way to restoring Franco's Star to all its glory in Cybernations. At the time of writing, 95% of the nations are in place, with the remaining five percent being worked with to get in position. Mangrod's dedication to Public Services is evident in the amazing progress that Star Guard has made over the past few months and in the extra time he commits to helping his Chief with personal projects. I am pleased to work with Mangrod and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
