Despite the Diplo Corps having long since been retired as an active department and having departed from the Order in Cyber Nations, I would be remiss not to mention and posthumously reward the skills, commitment and loyalty of one Pacifican in particular. During her time in the Diplomatic Corps, Hakora Kiyanto made an impact on everyone she engaged with, both foreign and domestic. With insane levels of activity and a cool demeanor, she made her presence known in all of Pacifica's embassies. Working diligently and efficiently, with phenomenal communications skills, she was instrumental in solidifying our power base whilst never losing her cool, even under extreme pressure.

From day one Hakora Kiyanto turned heads with her drive and dedication. As a new member she dove in and took on the monumental task that is updating the Pacifica Monogatari. She was able to continue to work on articles by the dozens and take on new jobs. When Pacific University was in its planning stages, Hakora was there offering to lend a hand, going on to leave her mark on every class, with writing or editing. Past the creation of the University she has gone on to lead it with grace and finesse. Hakora Kiyanto defines Pacifican spirit, she is not one for praise or standing in the spotlight (this entire thing is going to embarrass her endlessly). The minute you tell her that she is doing amazing work she shrugs and says, “Just doing my job.” For these reasons and many more, we in Internal Affairs are proud to award Hakora with the Pacifican Citadel Medal.
