Hakora has performed admirably in the role of Imperial Legate, whilst also serving in many other roles across Pacifica. So far in her time in the role she has implemented reforms of the corps and been actively involved in building relations across all spheres of CN. For her efforts both internally and externally, we award Hakora Kiyanto the Diplomatic High Leadership ribbon.
