Import 'Diplomatic High Leadership Ribbon'

Marlboro has been a model diplomat, an example we hope others can follow. In this time of service, Marlboro helped our relationship with NATO tremendously, having as strong relations as some of our Imperial Officers and served as a key contact between them and us. In recognition of Marlboro's dedicated service, we award Marlboro with the Diplomatic High Leadership Ribbon. Although this cannot truly begin to honor Marlboro for his service, it remains a well-deserved award nonetheless.
