In the months after I became an Imperial Officer one of the best best decisions I made was to cast a net over our semi-active retired Generals and Colonels to drag them off the retirement porch utilize their talent as advisors to the active duty High Command staff. Over the next few years they would all go on to assist in a wide variety of ways rivalling their contributions during their days of active service; helping train MilCom staff, providing valuable input on nation development and warring strategy, writing guides for MilCom and Pacificans alike, helping to reorganize our trade circles, and many other similar supplementary tasks.

One would go on to become General for a second time. Navblue is, without a doubt, one of the best department leaders throughout our history and holds a place among the small group of leaders who have contributed more to our operations than the majority of Imperial Officers without holding the position themselves. His second tenure as General was not only characterized by efforts to train Military Command staff in warfare and nation development using regular staff audits, training exercises, and thoroughly defining his staff expectations but also by concurrently helping overhaul our warfare and nation development policies.

While these efforts alone could justify this award he did not stop there. Navblue contributed to the creation of several experimental tools which were precursors to Aurora. He also created Orionbot, the Internet Relay Chat bot predecessor to Conflux on Discord, beginning an era of utilizing chat bots to quickly look up information pertaining to games and information about chat users.

Import 'Order of Pacifica Medal'

Navblue has worked very hard in his role as General through the terms of surrender, a very difficult time to be leading our troops. He was able to keep morale up and the standard of training that the Order expects from its Military Command.
