Import 'Pacifican Medal for Diplomatic Excellence'

Pacifica has seen a new era of progress and prosperity in Foreign Affairs over the past few years. This is due in no small part to the ceaseless efforts of the Diplomatic Corps and these efforts have borne fruit in the form of the victories the Order has enjoyed in the last two wars. Over the course of these wars and periods of peace, one man executed his charge as Imperial Legate and led the Diplomatic Corps to find new friendships and reconcile old hatreds. The result of this hard work can be seen in the hundreds of diplomats that seek to gain audience and in the vast network of Pacifican allies. Though he did not work alone, he was truly invaluable to the struggle to get Pacifican foreign affairs back on the path of forward progress. Considering these contributions, the Imperial Officers of Foreign Affairs are proud to present the Pacifican Medal for Diplomatic Excellence to Necoho.
