Pressure's strength of character is his greatest asset. He engages and ignites the drive in others to do better, be better, and become more. Back when our little Gumpper was just a youngling, Pressure took him under his wing in Econ and helped him learn the ins and outs of the economic system. Pressure gave him an opportunity to learn how to perform new tasks and take on increased responsibility. He has shown the same leadership throughout his career in Military Command, leading the charge in High Command to refine what MilCom does and how, and encouraging members of MilCom to be the change in the alliance and empowered them to do their best work.
