One of the first of the Munifex to be appointed, Rose is a contradiction of personality. Though looks are deceiving, Rose is both capable of being friendly and trolly; anyone not Rev can be rest assured that their case will be heard and weighed and treated fairly.
Through her service to not only the internal security of the NPO, but also in the Legio Pacifica, the Diplomatic Corps, and the NS department of culture, Rose has shown that handling multiple jobs is a breeze and has not phased her in the slightest, though it helps when there are susceptible targets to troll in between duty shifts.
