Rains has been providing leadership in our tech banking teams. He has also had the most consistent and communicative track record of anyone in the economics department. Rains I can't tell you how much I appreciate just knowing that I can count on you. He tells me what he needs, and informs me when he can't complete his work. He should be an example for all. We all know that real life things come up and prevent you from doing your best, and just being consistent in your communication, and then coming back in full steam makes all the difference.
