As probably the smallest department in the New Pacific Order, there is a lot of work to be done. These members constantly go out of there way to ensure that everything is kept neat and organized. Rogal Dorn has ran the Library department with excellent leadership ability. For his excellence in Library, I award Rogal Dorn with the Internal Affairs Excellence award.

Rogal and brucemna are fairly recent additions to the New Pacific Order and the Recruiter Corps who certainly doesn't shy away from work or a challenge. They both share an impressive hunger for work which saw them both promoted to Enlister and then Talent Agent in quick succession, promotions which were unanimously supported of the Recruiter Corps Leadership. It's strange for two such workers to come along at once, but they truly are a force to be reckoned with; in the past two months between them they been the hardest recruiters in both New Nations and Lists.
