Architect of Order awards for Roquentin

After coordinating staggers the first few weeks of the conflict mostly myself with some assistance from Eclipse and Tiberius, I set out to find some additional assistance so I could spend more time on other NPO projects and background war logistics. I found everything I hoped for and more in Roquentin. Like a guinea pig before a pile of vegetables, he sunk his teeth in and over delivered; coordinating staggers, hounding people to fight, send out aid, and encouraged those who were busy to get a nation sitter. He also helped several allies coordinate their war efforts and organized a series of inactivity mode nation reactivations for both us and our allies to aid in the war efforts. In recognition of these efforts, Roquentin is awarded Architect of Order.

The Order benefited from Roquentin’s effective and indefatigable leadership during virtually its entire existence, first during his tenure as Regent and then during his reign as Emperor. His myriad contributions included realizing Imperator Emeritus Frawley's vision of a well-tiered command economy; adeptly navigating an environment of near-constant hostility from the majority of foreign powers, including multiple Pacifican allies; and successfully building the PW branch into a primarily Discord-based organization to contend with the pace and challenges of PW. For all of this he is awarded the Pacifican Chancellor's Medal.
