We are blessed, in the Diplomatic Corps, with many great diplomats, leaders, and hard workers. Today, we recognize someone who has not just met expectations, but has gone well above and beyond the normal duty of their position. Since he was a Special Envoy through his time as a Legate today, Scourge has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Whether it was proactively talking to alliance leaders about events on our periphery that seemed minor but could blow up or pushing for improvements in the Diplomatic Corps's structure and policies, or simply being a diplomat and posting at more forums than anyone could count, Scourge has gone well beyond the normal expectations for his positions. For his great dedication, innovation, and leading by some of the best examples you could see, the Imperial Officers of Foreign Affairs are proud to award Scourge the Pacifican Medal for Diplomatic Excellence.
