Pacifican Vanguard awards for Syberis

Syberis inherited the seat of Senator of Diplomatic Affairs under conditions that seemed smooth and ideal, but quickly fell apart due to certain events that were no longer manageable by anyone. He quickly rose to the task and followed the directives of the New Pacific Order's standard foreign policy and was able to keep NS NPO in a safe place politically despite the tumultuous external events. He carried this responsibility to Regent, wherein he was a valuable support to the Empress and Senate. With his welcome aid, deadlines for major events were met, projects were envisioned and launched, and he aided in facilitating new activity. Our first NS NPO VC lasted over 48 hours due to his ideas. Syberis contributed both to Foreign Affairs with treaties and Internal Affairs with planning and execution of the tasks both given to him and that he envisioned on his own. He has been a constant, solid presence for NS NPO since his arrival into activity here in 2022. Alliances were secured, new friends made, old friends affirmed, activity revitalized, and the roughest foreign affairs period that wasn't catastrophic for NS NPO was navigated under Syberis. Hereby, Syberis is awarded Pacifican Vanguard.
