Pillar of Pacifica awards for Syberis

Since April, Syberis has worked tirelessly in NationStates to help navigate through a plethora of tricky diplomatic situations to sustain our foreign affairs interests, while balancing the egos of various other parties coming into conflict with each other in ways disruptive to our goals. He has also worked on several treaty negotiation projects during this time. We hope he gets some much deserved freedom to pursue other projects, such as restructuring our foreign affairs department.
