Import 'Pacifican's Light'
I had a vision for Explosive Ordnance Disposal about a year ago. One man took that and ran with it and built EOD into a flourishing machine. That man is Col. (Ret) Teeters.
He rose up in MilCom faster than most I've seen and learned our way very quickly. His initiative was unsurpassed. Only just days ago it seems he was promoted to Colonel for his work as a Lt and for establishing an effective EOD, sadly RL has got the better of him. I wish him well wherever he goes. For his service in MilCom, he receives the Pacifican's Light.
