Tombed is exceptional in his management and his innovation of the Recruiting Department. Under his leadership, Recruiting, has consistently performed well and adapted to changes. This was evident in the recruiting during the Karma War and also during terms, when it would seem that we would have a harder timer getting new members. Tombed and his crew proved otherwise.
