Pillar of Pacifica awards for TowerQueen

As a Torn Pacifican who joined the NationStates branch later, TowerQueen is one of a rare breed, but NS is quite lucky to count her among its members. Tower first came to notice after taking over the historically NS-heavy Civilization roleplay, and skillfully revamped the defunct RP and changed the mechanics enough to attract many former players and a handful of new ones back. She has additionally served as an operator of some note in the Legio Pacifica, as one of the fastest jumpers in the force and possibly in the game as a whole. May this Pillar of Pacifica continue to set a great example for her fellow Pacificans.
