Dedicated Pacifican awards for True Europa State

True Europa State, better known as Nickster or Klementonia, is a true jack of all trades. Having served the Order in various capacities for several years, he is one of the branch's unsung heroes. He has participated in Events organization admirably for the past several years and was an early member of Outreach, getting involved as a longstanding prominent member of the Arembia and then Enessa roleplays. Recently, he has been a valued contributor to the Legio Pacifica. We hope this Dedicated Pacifican keeps it up!
