Dedicated Pacifican awards for Vesperi

Talk about activity! Vesperi joined admissions at a time when it was low on staff, and VERY high on applicants. They very quickly learned the ropes and proceeded to put in almost superhuman levels of work, handling dozens of progress reports and hundreds of trainee questions, helping to carry the department from a rough spot into a situation where it is thriving with plenty of senior and junior staff to go around. For this, they are awarded the Dedicated Pacifican award in appreciation of their dedicated activity just when it was most needed.
