Our Admissions department has done a phenomenal job refining our recruitment and onboarding pipeline to ensure we aren't just finding members, but cultivating the engaged, active players that define our community. Vesperi has been heavily involved with iterating to improve and optimize our onboarding processes. She is always helping new players go through their applications and subsequent onboarding. She is always there to support and guide her staff members in their Admissions work. In July Vesperi organized an advanced checklist to steer new members once they get through our normal onboarding tasks and checklist. This familiar format with the next steps to take has been useful for guiding our new members on what steps to take next. She is always looking for ways to tweak our onboarding checklist to be easier to understand, refine older outdated tasks to better cultivate quality members, tweaking Admissions operating procedures and templates to ensure they are up to date, and exploring fresh creative ideas to help make our famed new player experience even better. We are excited to see Admissions continue to innovate and thrive under Vesperi's capable leadership.
