When the Intelligence department was set up, I was approached by a member who was looking to get more involved in the Order and saw an opportunity to give back once more. Waterana was instrumental in the early days of Intelligence, completing her tasks diligently and after having served as the Intelligence Director in the Cyber Nations branch, demonstrating again in Torn a work ethic that lead her to be promoted to Cryptographer for a time before she retired from the role. The work that Intelligence performs now can be traced back to the foundation that she helped build, and as a result Waterana you are recognised as a dedicated Pacifican.
