Pillar of Pacifica awards for Waterana

Waterana graciously agreed to unretire and return to the Praetorian Guard for the duration of the war to assist the department with its war time responsibilities. And then she gobbled up almost all the work in a manner reminiscent of the old Intel "Hog Weeks". Oink! Oink! As such, I am awarding her Pillar of Pacifica in recognition of her efforts.
