Dedicated Pacifican awards for Wrangleria

Wrangleria has been playing NationStates for well over 4 years. In that time, they have contributed extensively to the Outreach department and the rest of Internal Affairs, with over 100 messages welcoming new players to the Pacific. As one of the first few members of Outreach when it was established, Wrangleria has consistently brought forward ideas, shown willingness to participate in Outreach activities, and has been a true friend to everyone in Pacifica. They're a respected member of the NPO and it is our hope that they continue to have fun and prosper. He is hereby awarded Dedicated Pacifican.
