The Queen of Alpha, a friend to many in the order and a fanatical NPO patriot, Xantha is retiring from High Command. She is known by probably just about everyone in the order from her work as Alpha NCO and her continued work with our comrades as a member of High Command. Xantha's contributions to MilCom and the Order as a whole are substantial. She was always involved with assisting our members, helping to improve the effeciency of our nations and MilCom. She has an idea and solution to every problem. I've worked with Xantha for my entire career in MilCom and within that time she has become a highly respected friend and colleague.

On behalf of Military High Command, for your dedication to the NPO and Military Command. I am honored to present you with the Pacifican's Light Award. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to our great alliance.
