There a plenty of jobs that are coveted or seen all the time in the Order because of their nature. There are few that are never really seen or know that they exist. Some take those jobs and do them very well and we never really hear about them outside of their little corner. Zepher has been running the House Sitters for a very long time. He has done this task of organizing people to sit a nation and help get the appropriate permission from ultimate world powers [ooc]Game Admins[/ooc]. In recent times with the advent of nations no longer dying permanently the need is not as high yet Zepher still organizes watchers for those on extended leave who would like their nation to flourish still in their absence. For years of dedication and for never once needing any reminder of his duty, we are honoured to be able to award him the Pacifican Citadel Medal.
